Please check the below formula:

"=CONCATENATE("+"""Discounting@"+", $C$8*100, "+"""%"")"

Use the above in the write cell activity and let me know it’s working or not.

actually the column name should be like discounting@0.07 * 100% this is the requirement
c8 has 0.07 it should come to every cell in the column
