Word Templates are missing in Task Capture (When exporting)

Once I finished capturing process and move to export through a word file, I can’t see the default task capture templates.

Hey, Did you try using create diagram or by Capturing process.

If you have installed 32bit version, I would recommend to go with 64 bit version.

Hi @narada.jayasekara , Please update Task Capture to the latest version. The issue is fixed in the 2020.4.3 release. Please refer to the release note : 2020.4.3
