The easiest way to create your own Process Definition Document (PDD) template

Dear all,

Please find below one of the easiest/fastest way to create/customize your own PDD:

  1. In Task Capture, navigate to File → Export → Word(.docx)

  1. On the “Template View” tab, click “Edit template”

  1. On the “Edit Template” popup, hit the “Ok” button to generate a copy of one of the existing templates

  1. Modify and save the “template.docx” file as per your needs.
