Why StudioX and Excel are imcompatible

My excel already installed on UiPath studioX, but when I try to open Excel from StudioX, it pop up several message boxes, says “The UiPath Excel Addin was deployed using and MSI installer. Please contact an Adminstrator if you have any issues running the addin. You can check its status by going into the File/Options/add ins in Microsoft Excel.”

According to the instructions form UiPath studioX, I have changed the settings both from Excel and Studio X, I basically tried everything I can. Still can’t make excel and StudioX work together on my laptop.

I need help with that because I can’t figure out what is the problem now.

Thanks for your help. I have already check everything according to that instructions. Unfortunately, still not working. I do have licensed Microsoft office software.

Tryto reinstall ms office if possible and check
