While Submitting An Idea In Automation Hub, How To Troubleshoot Error : "This User Is Not Permitted To Perform This Action Based On Their Role" ?
Issue Description: Business user with role set as "standard user" in Automation Hub trying to submit an idea encounters the error message "This user is not permitted to perform this action based on their role"

Resolution: All the standard users should be able to submit ideas.
The user with the Standard role assigned will be able to submit automations only for the Business Area and Category/Subcategory the role is defined under.
For example, for this use case, the user has a Standard role assigned part of Other Business Area and Other Category, therefore this user will be able to submit ideas only on this specific combination of Business Area and Category.
Note: This might be encountered for other roles as well, thus, the Business Area/Category should be validated.
