Share an Idea not showing up

I’m having an issue in Automation Hub, where I’ve created 5 Categories and their levels

I’m trying to set a user role, based on a Category level.

The problem is, for the firts 4 Categories on the list, It works fine

But if a set the user to the 5th Category I created

my user is not even able to send an automation idea

It is pretty weird, never had the same problem before.

Can you please check in the assessment forms?
Admin Console->Platform Setup->Customize Assessments

Maybe you or someone else created an assessment template for this specific category by mistake and left it empty. This could explain why you cannot add an idea - there is no template.

I thought about that too.
But I only have “All Categories” Assesments.
