When Using Assisted Task Mining In Automation Cloud - After Clicking On Capture Trace Task Capture Application Is Not Downloaded

After clicking on capture trace Task Capture application is not downloaded.

Resolution:

  1. First check whether the services in Automation Cloud are visible in the left panel (Such as Task Mining, Orchestrator or any other).

  1. Collect the har Trace as mentioned below:
    1. Once logged in with the affected user login machine.
    2. Start capturing the har by refreshing the Automation Cloud.
    3. Navigate to Admin > Click on Tenant > Services > Access the Task Mining Service.
    4. Click on Task Mining Project > Capture Trace
    5. Collect the har trace from the browser.
  1. Post collecting the har trace check whether any 307 redirect is blocked by proxy (Refer below):

  1. Check with the Internal IT Team and configure the firewall for Automation Cloud: Configuring Your Firewall For Automation-Cloud.
