After clicking on capture trace Task Capture application is not downloaded.
Resolution:
- First check whether the services in Automation Cloud are visible in the left panel (Such as Task Mining, Orchestrator or any other).
- Collect the har Trace as mentioned below:
- Once logged in with the affected user login machine.
- Start capturing the har by refreshing the Automation Cloud.
- Navigate to Admin > Click on Tenant > Services > Access the Task Mining Service.
- Click on Task Mining Project > Capture Trace
- Collect the har trace from the browser.
- Post collecting the har trace check whether any 307 redirect is blocked by proxy (Refer below):
- Check with the Internal IT Team and configure the firewall for Automation Cloud: Configuring Your Firewall For Automation-Cloud.
