I have follow the same process you have mentioned, I successfully downloaded the UiPath Studio and have installed it. When I try to launch the program, it does not load. Just get stuck in the first page I believe, for some reason I do not get any other options.
I get only the below information on the website and I can do nothing.

Can you share more detail about the issue you are encountering? A printscreen of what you are calling “the first page” would be very helpful.

What is the filename(also share extension) of the file you have downloaded?

Using your default browser are you able to login to cloud.uipath.com? Is Automation Cloud loading for you?
