We have UiPath Studio and UiPath Studio X installed on a virtual computer. UiPath Studio worked earlier this month. But ever since we tried to open the UiPath Studio X and failed, UiPath Studio stopped launching as well. With UiPath Studio and UiPath Studio X, we logged in to cloud.uipath.com first and then login to Studio with the service URL. We sometimes got this error message "could not obtain access token (error redeeming code: invalid grant/ no description).” With this error message or not, UiPath Studio won’t launch despite that the cloud.uipath.com page says “You are now signed in!”.
The cloud.uipath.com page says “You are now signed in!” also has this message “You can also [open this link in your browser]”. When I clicked on this link, I would be led to the login page that has this error message "could not obtain access token (error redeeming code: invalid grant/ no description)” on the bottom of the screen.
Can you please help us figure out how to launch UiPath Studio? Thank you very much.
