It super slow and everything looks weird

Have you tried to check “Manage Packages” and updated them?

With 2022.10 update, Windows-Legacy slowly replacing with Windows. This is not a problem right now.
New projects will be Windows, old ones are Windows-Legacy

Hello @kaiji_San
With the release of .net6 the projects will auto try to migrate to Windows from windows legacy. Thats why you are getting that popup.
You can click on Convert to windows and then update all the dependency packages.
But the slowness is there and its already reported.
