What is the best approach to read invoices in Image Format in Community version?

I am reading the invoice data using relative image scrapping using Microsoft OCR with scale 4. But since the data positions are fluctuating a bit in every run, I am not getting the desired result.

Is there any way apart from AI and ABBY with which I can automate this use case? In AI, I noticed that each screenshot is being send to UiPath Server and I dont think any of my future clients would want that.

Please suggest any approach other than this.

You could do an on-premise AI Computer Vision server. Read here for details. This way the information won’t be sent out of your network so client data will for sure be safe.
