As @loginerror mentioned, UiPath Academy is the best place to learn and become an expert.
Go through the courses, training plans, etc and you can quickly learn.
The courses are well formed, and contents are very well given, so that anyone could easily self learn.

Hi,
Start learning from academy.uipath.com
Download studio from UiPath
And then once you are comfortable with basics try creating realtime workflows.
Make sure you have a little basic knowledge of C#.

Hi,
Firstly download the uipath application.
Next step: if you are begineer in coding,then start working on logical skills for atleast 1 or 2 weeks.
Then,you will be ready for making small snippets.Then you can start working on small projects.
