Web recording error when I click submenu

Hello,

Currently, I am a new for UIPath and under the learning stage using trial version.
While I try to record a web action to something, I got a message box in below.

“Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.”
It was poped up when I click a sub-menu below main menu bar in our portal screen.

I had this “Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call COM component” Earlier web recording or indicate on the screen all were working properly suddenly I got this error. If this happens to you then just restart your pc problem will be solved.No need to check any drive/framework.

Thank you for sharing your experiance. However, I already have newest .Net version and met a freezing of the UIPath when I change the IE security setting. It means that those were not working.
Anyway, thank you again.
