We are facing an issue with send mail activity

When we are trying to debug we are getting an issue Send mail : Code : ErrorItemNOTFound

Message:

The specified object was not found in the store.

We are using MS office 365 version is 2.0.1
excel activiity : 2.086.
If we are try to upgrade and degrade the MS Scope, we are getting error in excel read range activity.
Studio Version is 2023.4.5

Hi,

Update Microsoft office package to 2.2.3 and excel package to latest one.

I can confirm that the package update to 2.2.3 works properly. However we need remember that we have to fill field account which is optional, but without that we’ll get bad request error.

This package is not available in UiPath studio.

Kindly Help us how to resolve this issue.

maybe it’s depends on the Studio version.
Check there which version will be fine for your Studio:
Activities - Release notes (uipath.com)
I think 2.2.7 will be also fine for you.
