We have access to the cloud platform, but no matter the tenant when we try to access the Orchestrator area we get a message stating “Seem like you don’t have access on Orchestrator. Please check with your administrator!”

Not for us, it keeps logging us out when trying to access Orchestrator page.
For me as well - or I get access for a brief instance, try to click around and then it says I’m not authenticated and throws me back to the log-in site again
