Hello @Praharsha_kanaparthi ,
Go to REFramework, Click on Intialization

Once you clock on that go all the way to the end of the Initialization WorkFlow, You ll Find this INIT all Applications WorkFlow , Click on Open Workflow:

You ll Find the Required Worflow.
