Wanted to update specific content

Hi,
My requirement is to fetch the specific content form transaction and process it and add the result to specific content so i can react the transaction status using api call from different application and then use the result there? How can i add new value to specific content. Or is there any other way i can get result from transaction

I also looked for previous topic, this was one of them but not sure how he is updating specific content here

For this you could use the Output option in Set Transaction Status.
