VM Getting Locked Even When Passwords are Correct

Hi Forum :smile:

My Team and I are facing an issue were we get the following message

This is happening even after we have changed the password that the bot uses to log into the VM on the Orchestrator as well as the credentials for the Office related activities.

We were able to get onto the VM and run our bots off the Orchestrator for a while and we eventually got locked out.

What could be causing this? Is there perhaps another password that we should also change?
