VLookup Range (MicrosoftOffice365.Activities.Excel.VLookupRange) is giving incorrect results

VLookup Range activity is always giving the last row values as results.

This is clearly a bug and still stands unresolved!

Note: This is the Office 365 version of VLookup Range and not the usual Excel VLookup.
