Are we talking subtitle size or the tooltip?
I can read both, but I would say that tooltips are not necessarily ment to be read during the video - you can follow along in Studio if you want to try/see all.
If possible then try a bigger monitor.

The quality of the videos on UiPath Academy are usually adjusted automatically based on your network connection. However, you can adjust to higher quality manually as well. Check the image below.
If you are still facing the same issue, close the browser and then clear all cache & cookies from your browser and open UiPath Academy again. This should resolve your issue.
