Verify The checkbox is checked or not

Hi,
I am not able to verify the checkbox is checked or not in my web page,I am using “Get Attribute” with “Checked” activity and storing return value in “system.web.ui.webcontrols.checkbox” type Argument.
But it is showing an error “Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component”

Please Help me with this problem!!
