User not getting license allocated that was configured to AD group. This issue usually affects a subset (1+) users but the rest of them are working as expected.
Root Cause: User signed in and created account before group was allocated licenses. In this situation, the user is created without the appropriate licenses configured. This is usually a problem when users are configured through AD groups.
Resolution:
- Delete the configured user from Orchestrator (Manage Access -> Find User -> Delete)
- Have the affected user log into Orchestrator again so their profile is configured using the AD group settings.
