I created an Azure AD Group, Technology Automation - Enterprise Workflow Automation, and added 6 users to the group (see figure 1 in the attached file). I created an Allocation Rule under License Allocations to Groups and chose the Technology Automation - Enterprise Workflow Automation to add and assigned it the Automation Express Licenses (see figure 2 in the attached file). The AD Group was displayed in the list as I typed the name in. When clicking on “Group members with license inheritance” for the newly created allocation rule, no members are displaying (see figure 3 in attached file) and the Automation Express licenses count still shows 100 (see figure 2 in attached file). What am I doing wrong?

Hi Deborah, I believe the users will have to log into Automation Cloud and then it’ll assign the licenses appropriately.
