Use of Orchestrator queues over any excel based framework?

Hi All,

We all know that UiPath Orchestrator provides the below facilities, but they do have some alternatives which were already available before Uipath:

  1. Create Processes and schedules. But the same can be done using Windows task scheduler.
  2. Similarly, Orchestrator queues allows to load a list of items and process them. Also, provides the status pf each item processed. But the same can be done with the help of some excel based framework or with some other database .

Is there any other feature in the Orchestrator or Orchestrator queues which cannot be implemented with the already available resources/technology?
