I have Project already created as sequence; I want to add few more steps into it. but due to the requirements now i have to use Flowchart. So if i create new flowchart within the same project can I run both sequence and then flowchart after publishing project in UiPath Assistance.
You have Flowchart activities for that.
Just drag and drop Flowchart and you can continue with the flow.

Sounds like you need to replace the sequence with a flowchart? if this is correct, what is it that you are struggling with?
The question is not as clear.
So actually, i have to add more steps in to the automation but those are a bit complex due to the mainframe application need to link. the existing sequence is with simple web automation.

Yes you can run your Sequence workflow which is in Main.xaml and Flowchart using UiPath assistance.
In Main.xaml use Invoke workflow file give that flow chart.So that you can run your sequence and Flowchart file
