Unattended robot issue

Hi Team,

I am running production unattended robot in production server from past few months. Few days back I have tried to configure test unattended robot in another server. Both servers are logging with same username and password but here after configuring the test robot I am getting errors.

Earlier I was able to extract the data successfully from SAP but now I am getting no data in that datatable while running in production server with production unattended robot. Can someone suggest me what could be issue.

Please help..

is it desktop sap application?

is the versions of SAP same?

also can you specify if the robot versions are same and what are those versions?

Yes, it is desktop SAP application.

Yes, same versions.

I have created a user for that I have assigned server credentials till yesterday it was running fine. Today I have started configuring test robot. After configuring I am getting the issue while data scraping.

Yes both are same versions (2022.10.3).

As a first go can you try to login to production servwr and check if the screen is loading as expected or not

Did the report columns change?

Ideally on sap ita good to use export to excel instead of extract datatable with ui scraping
