Resolution when it is not possible to view the video traces.

Try the below and check the outcome of it,

  1. Clear the cache
  2. Try using incognito or a different browser
  3. Verify the AI Center Project - Double Check The Access Of The User having issues loading the trace

Also, note that it is possible to create a slideshow, not a video actually. Depending on the number of actions recorded, it might load very slowly. Export the trace and check it like that.
