Unable To View The Video Traces

Resolution when it is not possible to view the video traces.

Follow the below steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Clear the cache.
  2. Try using incognito or a different browser.
  3. Verify the AI Center Project - Double Check The Access Of The User having issues loading the trace.

Note that it is possible to create a slideshow, not a video. Depending on the number of actions recorded, it might load very slowly. Export the trace and check.
