I am trying to take the Task Capture training but the videos aren’t available. It says, " cloud.contentraven.com refused to connect." Please advise.

I would strongly advise you to make a ticket with our Academy Support about this issue at this form:
Hi- I am recently having this issue as well. Was there any solution for this? I am using Chrome and when i try to use a different browser it won’t even let me access it.
