Which framework you selected while creating the UiPath process?

Make sure to select Windows legacy and not the Windows.

Also, can you confirm you’re on windows 10 or 11?

Hello,

Windows-legacy option not showing for me. Only two options are showing windows & Cross-Platform.

if this is not resolved, tried downgrading the package for intelligent OCR. The latest one has some bugs, it seems

This is an observed issue and is resolved by downgrading the package version.
