Unable to see the logs in Orchestrator Robot or Jobs Page And logs table also

Hi All, We are using UiPah Orchestrator 2019.4.4 version, We were not able to see Logs either in
Robots → More Actions → View Logs
Jobs → More Actions – > View Logs
and I also observed that the logs table does not have any entries.

Any help on this appreciate!

Hi @shyammaddi !
Are you using an Enterprise edition ? If yes, you should rise a support ticket here; it might be a database issue (like you need to clean the log db)
