Hi, I have been unable to login to the website and Cloud. In fact, the only platform I can login to is the Academy.
Whenever I try to do so on the main website and Cloud, I receive the following error after selecting the organization.
“Oops! Something went wrong…An unknown error has occurred. Please try again after a while. If the problem exists please contact technical support.”.
Furthermore, technical support is not open to Community users. So does anyone know what my options are?
I have already tried creating new account, incognito mode, resetting Chrome cookies etc…
