Need help with Community Cloud download

I am trying to complete the Build a Bot exercise and need to download the Community Cloud Platform. I keep getting stuck setting up my login, with message:

Something went wrong, please close the browser tab and try again.

Any advice?

Could you please try it in some other browser and also delete browser cookies and check it once.

I normally use Chrome, but I am now trying to get in using Firefox. When I get to the popup titled Create Your Account to continue, I fill it in, then get message Basic Authentication is Disabled for This User.

Am I supposed to create a new account here, or log in with the same account as used for the Academy?

Try to clear your cache and relogin again @willannm
