Unable to load the orchestrator logs

Tried to vie the logs , but showing the error “an error has occurred” retried several times !

Can you confirm that rest of the tab are working except Logs tab Right ?

May be storage issue in the data base check your database

I am getting an error everytime i try to access the logs section in Orchestrator (see attached screenshot) I have tried the following but the issue remains. Please assist. [Screen Shot 2020-02-01 at 6.13.27 PM] stop the UiPath Robot service Delete the folder “C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\UiPath\Logs\execution_log_data folder” and restart the service

Log message doesn't populated in orchestrator log

Hello Guys I am having a licensed orchestrator and the logs are not being updated in the orchestrator from today’s morning. Anyone, please guide me on how to solve this I have tried Searching for this path C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\UiPath\Logs\execution_log_data but the VM doesn’t have *\UiPath\Logs\exeution_log_data folder with it. Checked on Web.config and UiPath.Orchestrator.dll.config Uri under RobotElasticSearch is already empty. Also, I am having a …

Uipath database size increasing

Hi All , data base size of our orachestrator is full now. we are trying to delete the logs table . but the size gets increased and decreased simultaneously. infact none of the processes are running now. no developer is connected and doing development. but why it is increasing ?? infact the rate of increasing is high than decreasing. how come ? delte older reords in dbo.logs table is in progress but still this phenomena is there…!
