I haven’t installed the Studio yet, this error is occurring when I am running the .msi package file.
Hi @Krishna_Murthy ,
Could you maybe perform an uninstall of the older version of Studio and Robot and then perform the installation of he Latest version and check if it works ?
Hello @supermanPunch
I have uninstalled the previous one and am still having the same issue.
I have manually cleared all the UiPath files and folders too.
Follow this steps:
Make sure your system meets the minimum system requirements for the new version of UiPath Studio.
Sometimes, security software can interfere with the installation process. Temporarily disable or configure your anti-virus and firewall settings to allow UiPath installation.
Ensure you are downloading UiPath Studio from the official UiPath website or a trusted source.
Run the installation with administrator privileges. Right-click on the installation file and choose “Run as administrator.”
If you have an older version of UiPath Studio installed, it’s a good practice to uninstall it before installing a new version. Use the “Add or Remove Programs” or “Programs and Features” in the Control Panel to uninstall the old version.
Cheers…!
This issue is quite common and can be easily fixed

Thank you for helping me with this issue. I resolved it by following the below steps:
1. Manually Remove Scheduled Task:
a. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.
b. Type taskschd.msc and press Enter to open the Windows Task Scheduler. Or open from search in laptop
c. In the Task Scheduler, navigate to the Task Scheduler Library on the left pane.
d. Look for the “UipathRobotJS” task in the list of tasks. If you find it, right-click on it and select “Delete.”
2.Clean Temporary Files:
a. Delete any temporary files related to UiPath that might be left in the %LocalAppData% and %ProgramData% directories.
Install UiPath Studio again.
