Unable to get value form jira activity

Hello,

we are using jira application scope and showing connection is valid and inside that using gira get activity we are trying to fetch values from jira.
for one of the field “Tempo teams” in jira we are unable to fetch requred data and activity throwing below error.
cehck below ss.

I tried with the steps mentioned in your video, here im facing Problem is like, Key i was able to get it but the thing is some fields are present on the ticket but while trying to get data from the getjira application scope its says “Customfield_13302” not belongs to table tablename as the above ss.
