i am getting the error as unable to find the inbox folder in UiPath logs. I have closed the outlook on the screen but still facing the same issue and outlook app is displaying as above.
i have tried get imap mail activity to use the protocols but it is still not working.
any solutions or any other way to get mails from outlook app will be grateful.
It’s seems issue of your Outlook application. Connect with your technical support team to get the Outlook issue fixed. Once done then UiPath activities should work as expected.
UiPath activities depends on your Outlook application and as it’s not working correctly, it’s activities also not working through UiPath Studio.
Can you try double check the IMAP Port and IMAP Server,
IMAP Code - 993
IMAP Server - outlook.office365.com
If you given it correct and again it is showing the same error. Contact your Technical support team, they will help you out. This is not the error with UiPath.
Technical team told that the outlook deprecated the IMAP protocol and they want to change the outlook client to exchange will the get outlook mail activity work for exchange mail ?
