"Unable to download Diploma of Completion for 'UiPath Test Manager Foundation'."

I have completed the ‘UiPath Test Manager Foundation’ course. Whenever I try to download my Diploma of Completion, the application shows a message stating, “Your Diploma is being prepared and will be ready to download shortly.” However, after waiting for a few hours, the certificate is not downloading. I’ve also tried the ‘send to mail’ option, but I have not received the Diploma of Completion via email either.

Please assist me with this.

Hi @Shrujan_M

Sometimes, the certificate wouldn’t download and not getting mail. Many queries are raised in Forum same query.

Try the below steps,
→ clear the cache of the browser and try downloading.
→ If above not works, Login to UiPath Academy in other browser and try to download.
