Unable to create new robot account in Automation Cloud after deleting previous one

Hello,
I’m not able to create new robot account in the Automation Cloud.
A few weeks ago I did unattended setup, which consumed my 1 free unattended licence, and it was connected to 2 robot accounts. It worked well.
Now, I wanted to reallocate the licence. I ended up deleting the robot accounts from tenant and cloud level, and I removed machine template as well.
However, when I want to create new robot account in Automation Cloud, I have error: quota reached, cannot create more objects. There are no more robot accounts, so I should be able to create 2 as per community licence.

Could someone help me with this issue?
Much appreciated
I’m using community licence

@Sona_MANAKOVA

Go to users and check…if you give robot role to a user it automatically converts to robot

Orchestrator → tenant → manage access → edit user

Cheers

Thanks, I checked that, and there are users, none of them with robot role :confused:

@Sona_MANAKOVA

Edit and assign robot role…the it would come under robots

Cheers
