Unable to Create Robot Account in Orchestrator

Hello,

I am unable to Create a Robot account in orchestrator with the new One.

Steps:

  1. I had existing Robot account with somename: xxxxxx
  2. I had to rename the existing one for which there is no provision to rename the same.(Disabled the field).
  3. Hence deleted the Existing Robot.
  4. Trying to Create a new machine with new Robot account setup.
  5. Error : Quota reached, Cannot create more objects.

Can somebody please help me what to in this case. For info. I am using Community Version.

I had observed similar error when I tried to add more than 5 bots to a single machine template.

Tried finding the documentation but didn’t get it.

Is it the same situation you have?

Use case is almost similar kind of, But in my case as the existing Robot doesn’t had a provision to rename the “Robot name”, So i had deleted the existing “Robot” and tried creating a new Robot unattended setup with the help of existing machine template (As it didn’t allowed and thrown the message per screenshot) and also tried with creating new machine template for new Robot account setup. But still the error was pointing same.

I am surprised on why i am unable to Setup a Robot account under existing machine template. (as i had only 1 license for unattended setup, Technically i should be able to create a new robot account, reason being as i had deleted the existing robot, Hence 1 unattended license which was available has to be carry forwarded and allowed to create a new robot.
