I am attempting to connect UiPath to my terminal emulator, Rocket BlueZone, using the “terminal activities” package. Every time I try to connect, I get an error message stating “Provider Not Installed”
The Provider is definitely installed, as I can manually use the BlueZone emulator to access the terminal session on the same computer.
I feel pretty confident in my connection configurations also, whether I use an existing profile (a profile that works just fine when opened manually), or manually specifying the address, as I have validated that the address, port, and type are all correct.
It looks like in UiPath documentation, that versions 5.2+ of Rocket BlueZone are supported, and I have the most recent version (10.1). Anyone else experiencing something similar? Any help is appreciated.
