Unable to change license from Studio to Unattended


I’ve read about the Orchestrator update and the fact that is not possible anymore to launch jobs on Studio robots.
I’ve tried to change the license but it gives the following error

I’ve checked and the License tab and it shows 0 unattended available, even if from the portal it shows 1 Unattended Runtime.

Can you please help to solve the issue?
Also I don’t know if is related, but on the Agent Desktop I can’t see a process which I can see from the Orchestrator and that was shown in both until yesterday.


You must first allocate the Licenses via the Cloud portal (https://cloud.uipath.com/) by editing your Orchestrator Service.

Thanks, I’ve updated via Cloud Portal as shown and now it works.
