Unable to add new user in orchestrator and also don't have the users folder instead of having admin access

Hi All,

Urgent Help Required !!

Can anyone help in understanding why I don’t have the Users folder in dev/qa orchestrator for adding a new user ? Also trying to raise a request with UiPath but unable to find the license code also . Only can find the UID in license folder.

I dont see any folders…please go ahead and create some folders…then those would be cisible
