It looks like there is an authentication issue in your browser.
The link you have quoted above contains this text: The signing key identifier does not match any valid registered keys.
Clear browser cache, log out of current sessions and try again. (Or for a quick check, use Incognito mode) If you were able to log in before, it’s probably just a session issue. This should clear it up.
Please let us know if this issue is still present for you. The redirect from platform.uipath.com to cloud.uipath.com was broken for a bit, but this was promptly fixed.
