UiRobot Issue

Dear Team,

I have developed a BOT using UiPath 2019.10.2 .As per client’s need i have converted into Package and given to them.Deployment was done by Client.While running BOT using UiRobot Tray we are receiving attached error.In Client Environment they are having 2019.10.4.
We are suspecting some issue on UiRobot tray installation.

Kindly provide your suggestions please error

I believe there was some problem between the versions

You better open your flow in 2019.10.4 and publish there, It will resolve the issue
