UiRobot is not working correct

Hello,

I start a job but the UiRobot agent is not working automatic, I must executed clicking the icon.
In the jobs panel appears two lines one Faulted and other one Successful.
Why this is happening?
Here is the screen:

also even the UiRobot is runing in services the icon does not appears in the tray, I must click it to appear.

Hi @AshwinS2

There is not log for faulted.

But if I executed it manual in the UiPath Robot Works.
Appears that the UiPath Platform is not calling the Robot.
