Cannot enter the UiRobot App

Hi,

I’m not able to get into the UiRobot app. I tried double clicking on the App icon, starting it from the command line, nothing worked …
I really don’t know what I,m doing wrong or what I should try next ??

Is it not visible in the system tray? Bottom right tray on your screen.

Or fields in the settings are disabled?

in took two screenshots when right clicking the UiPath robot app, one when it is not running and one when it is running.
