Uipath studio connection error

Hi everyone,

I am getting the below error while trying to connect UiPath studio to the orchestrator.

Message
An unattended robot has not been configured, or the domain/username is not properly set up in Orchestrator.
Error code
1420

Please let me know if how to resolve this?

Hi @amrutha.c.mohan

  • In Orchestrator, navigate to the “Robots” page.
  • Make sure that the unattended robot is created and configured correctly.
  • Verify that the username and domain in Orchestrator match the credentials of the machine where the robot is installed.
  • Ensure that the user account used for the unattended robot has the necessary permissions on the machine and in Orchestrator.
  • The user should have the “Log on as a service” right and should be added to the appropriate groups.
