Uipath scroll prod and dev

I am using send hotkey activity to navigate up
Whenever I am running it from dev orchestrator, it’s running fine
However from prod orchestrator it is failing
In prod it is running in vms
Any particular reason
?

Yeah
Sometimes due to VM setting normal hotkey or short cut will not work
Check once directly if you can execute those short cut on VM machine directly
If not you can contact it/ admin to get it enabled

Mostly third party VM will not have shot cut access even for normal windows key and all

  1. Why not use mouse scroll activity?
  2. try setting hardware events in send hotkeys and check
