I just passed the free certification and I got this when i downloaded it:
1- I noticed that it is mentioned “certificate of completion”. Is it the final certificate? or does it only mean that i completed the test and i should still wait for the results ?
2- Is it normal that only my name is appearing? without my last name?

and considering my last name? I find it however weird that it does not appear on the certification
You can contact support team regarding the name. They will help you to change the name.

I understand that the support is only for Entreprise Edition. I am only using the free version (community edition). Is there a support specific for certification issues?
You can raise request from below thread and no need of any licence key and all.
