Uipath Orchestrator Work Queues

HI Team,

The issue that I am facing is when adding a new Queue Items the status would be New and at the time of processing it would be InProgress if there is any problem the same case is being processed once again that means a single case is being processed multiple times, so i want my BOT only to access the cases with Status as New (Tried to set the Retry Option in Orchestrator to 0 but not accepting).

Is there any work around for this problem.
Any suggestion will be helpful.

Have you tried switching off the retry option for your queue instead of setting it at 0 retries?
